Flexible Membership
Don’t have time? Monthly services can accrue and may be used later provided you remain an active member. You can also freeze your membership for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months.

Members may purchase an unlimited number of additional services for their personal use at the discounted membership rates (5%, 10% and 15%).

A discount is given to all members on retail product purchases. There are different discount rates for each membership option (5%, 10% and 15%).

Members may rollover any unused services to the following month for up to one year. Upon termination of your month to month membership, accumulated member services expire and are non-refundable 60 days after you cancel your membership, accumulated member services expire 60 days after the last day of a Prepaid Term Membership.

A membership may be frozen for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months.
Memberships can only be frozen two times in a 12 month period for a maximum of 3 months at a time. A membership must be unfrozen a minimum of 30 days before it can be frozen again. A "freeze fee" may apply.
Members can redeem accumulated services during a freeze but cannot utilize any additional membership benefits (i.e. bringing guests, gift card purchases, retail discounts).
A minimum of three EFT payment must have been made before a membership is eligible to be frozen.

Services on file can be gifted at the rate of one service per 12 month period.

Members may purchase an unlimited number of gift cards as well as bring in an unlimited number of guests at member rates. The only restriction is a limit of 2 member priced services in any combination of gift cards or guest visits for each individual guest in a 6 month period.

You are the best source of referrals. To show appreciation, when you introduce a new member to Bellissima Skin Enhancement in the first 30 days of your Bellissima Insider Membership Program, you’ll receive a complimentary Essential Member Facial session to be used by you. After your first month of active membership in the Bellissima Insider Membership Program, you are eligible to receive a complimentary Luxe Modality upgrade for each additional member enrollment. When possible please be sure to have your referrals mention you upon scheduling so that the proper credit is given.

All membership benefits are for active members in good standing during the term of their membership.

Membership Services - All memberships include your choice of a signature facial each month.
3.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
4.
Membership deals cannot be combined with any other specials or offers.
5.
Bellissima Skin Enhancement must be notified about any changes in address, contact information and/or credit card information.
6.
Guests must follow spa rules and regulations. Bellissima Skin Enhancement reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason.
7.
Bellissima Skin Enhancement reserves the right to modify/change spa rules, regulations, services and pricing with reasonable notice.

Bellissima Skin Enhancement is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full session. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

Your Membership Agreement is month to month and will automatically continue on a month-to month basis until Bellissima Skin Enhancement LLC's 30 day written notice of cancellation is received. There is a 90 day or 3 billing cycle minimum sign up period for the Bellissima Insider Membership. As a Bellissima Insider Member you will receive your rate for as long as you keep your membership. If you cancel your membership and want to rejoin you will pay the current membership rate.

Age requirements for receiving services vary by state and local law and Bellissima Skin Enhancement strictly complies with such laws. In the event there is not a specific regulation, our policy is as follows:
No person will be denied admission based upon race, religion or appearance.
CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 SHALL BE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING THE SPA WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION. No children under the age of 16 will be able to receive any service without the express written consent of their parent or guardian. For children 14 and under (or where required by state law), a parent or guardian MUST remain in the treatment room and for all minor children the parent must remain on premises during services.
Must be the age of 12 or older to receive a Teen Facial.
